SCRIBE ELIGIBILITY & RULES (Extracted from Official Notice): 1. Scribe Source: Candidate must arrange their own scribe at their own cost. 2. Qualification Limit: The scribe's academic qualification must be one step below the candidate's qualification. 3. Restrictions: The scribe cannot be an applicant for this same examination. 4. Extra Time: Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour is provided for every hour of the examination. 5. Documentation: Eligible candidates must produce a joint scribe declaration and relevant disability certificates at the exam center.
