About the Platform

Suomoto ("we", "us", "the platform") is an audio-first exam preparation service built for blind and low-vision aspirants preparing for SSC, IBPS, UPSC, and other Indian government competitive exams. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your Google account information used to sign in.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

Platform Content

• All learning content — slides, questions, mock tests, and explanations — is the intellectual property of Suomoto.
• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content without written permission.
• Exam dates and notifications are sourced from official government websites. Always verify from official sources before acting on any date or deadline.

Subscription & Payments

• Plans available: Monthly (₹500), 3-Month (₹1,000), and 6-Month (₹2,000) plans. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
• Free tier: Selected topics in every subject are permanently free — no subscription required.
• Trial coupons: Promotional coupon codes (e.g., ICAN30) grant free premium access for the coupon period. One coupon per account.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Suomoto does not store your payment card details.
• Refunds: If you face a technical issue preventing access after payment, contact us at support@suomoto.academy within 7 days for resolution.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions are non-recurring — they do not auto-renew. You choose to renew manually.

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful, personal educational purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract content from the platform.
• Do not misuse the platform to disrupt the experience of other users.

Disclaimer

Suomoto is an independent platform and is not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, UPSC, or any government body. Exam outcomes depend on many factors; Suomoto does not guarantee selection or results.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
