SBI follows candidate-arranged scribe policy. Scribe qualification: one step below candidate. Compensatory time: 20 min/hour. PwBD candidates are EXEMPT from application fee. Language Proficiency Test (LPT) is qualifying — in the local/regional language of the state applied for. PwBD candidates should clarify LPT accommodation if needed. No interview for Clerk — purely written exam merit.

1) Scribe: Candidate-arranged — declare at time of application. 2) Compensatory time: 20 min/hour for Prelims and Mains. 3) LPT: Regional language proficiency test — check if any PwBD accommodation is offered for LPT (oral test, alternative format). 4) Fee: PwBD candidates are EXEMPT. 5) Disability certificate: from Government-recognised authority — original at exam centre. 6) Branch posting: SBI Clerk posts are state/circle-specific — apply for the state where you know the local language.
