Non-Candidate Rule: Scribe must NOT be an applicant for the same OICL recruitment exercise. 3. Non-Employee Rule: Scribe must NOT be an active employee of Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL). 4. Declaration Form: Joint Scribe Declaration Form with candidate and scribe photos submitted at test venue. 5. Extra Time: 20 minutes per hour compensatory time granted on CBT system.
