SCRIBE ELIGIBILITY & RULES (Extracted from Official IBPS CRP RRBs-XV Notification): 1. Scribe Source: Candidate arranges own scribe at own cost; must be declared in the online scribe form before the exam, with the scribe's own class 10th/12th/Degree certificate uploaded. 2. Qualification Limit: Scribe's qualification must be one step below the candidate's own qualification (DoPT OM dated 10.08.2022). 3. Academic Stream: Scribe may be from any academic stream for general posts; for Specialist Officer posts the scribe must be from a stream different from that stipulated for the post. 4. Non-Candidate Rule: Scribe must not be a candidate for the same CRP RRBs-XV exam, and must not have previously scribed for, or appeared as, a candidate debarred in any CRP examination. 5. One Scribe, One Candidate: A scribe may act as scribe for only one candidate in this CRP process. 6. Extra Time: 20 minutes per hour compensatory time — ONLY for candidates registered for it during online registration; it cannot be granted afterward. 7. Magnified Font (VI only, no scribe): Candidates not using a scribe may opt to view the test in magnified font instead.
